FYI from Host

- Applicants must provide insurance for fire, theft and liability. Further details to be discussed.

- Rent to be paid in full at time of contract signing, and is non refundable 1 week prior to event. 

- Other details (such as trash disposal, beverage rules, set up/tear down, and host rules) to be discussed at time of contract signing. 

- Additional $300 security deposit in the event of small incidental damages, otherwise shall be refunded within 3 days after event.

- Noise (ie: music) must be lowered after 10pm due to city regulations.

COVID-19 Health and Safety Measures

- All events' guests and vendors must practice social distancing, and have guests use masks when inside. 

- Total occupancy must adjust accordingly to adhere to social distancing measures.

- Renter must clean and disinfect any used areas after event use. Host will disinfect prior to event.

- Host is not responsible for any cancelled event due to any new City Mandated safety measures.
