We accept returns, but only with prior authorization from Dual Crossroads. There is a 15% restocking fee which will be applied on the returns for items customers accidentally ordered. All merchandize return shipping will be covered by customer's end. All wrongfully / non purchased items received by customer will be charged in full amount until items are returned back.
