Repetition of mantras can help one disconnect from any thoughts that arise during Meditation as well as keep you focused on your intention. This is a Kundalini meditation using Mantra, voice, mudras and visualization.

Bring a yoga mat, pillow/cushion, a blanket and a bottle of water! You will be lying down for the sound bath, so be sure to come prepared!
