Join us for an intimate workshop where we will get in touch with your inner child, meditate in opening our heart space, and re-meet a part of you that's always been there.

Class Outline:

We will discuss the development of consciousness in the first stages of life, generational patterns, and how inner-child wounds influence the shadow self. Then, we’ll talk about different ways to heal the inner-child.

The crux of the class will be a sound bath meditation led by SaturnGawdess. This will be done to open up the heart space & allow time to ask your inner child to come forth and express how they feel onto the paper. 

We will end the class with a meditative art project (any materials you have will due! You can use acryllic paint, pens, pencils, or even paper collage!)
