About The Event

Fresh from an India and Tibet yatra, Linda Ong is back to serenade you with the enchanting sounds of her Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing bowls. We will start off with some pranayama (relaxing breathing techniques) to help calm the mind and body. Then ease into a long, decadent sound bath, possibly taking you places you’ve never been, and gently returning to your body and breath with the lovely Koshi Chimes.

Join her on June 17th for the Full Moon in Sagittarius.

The greatest need is to always search for something. In order to feel safe you might find that you need to have a goal, mission or philosophy that gives your life meaning. Following the Meditation, experience the healing power of sound as Linda helps to decrease Stress, Anxiety, and prepares you for a Restful night of sleep with her Crystal Singing Bowls. Bring a yoga mat, pillow/cushion, a blanket and a bottle of water! You will be lying down for the sound bath, so be sure to come prepared!
