Join us for our final #LIVECRYSTALSALE of 2020! Get gift ideas for your loved ones, and secure some uniquely awesome crystals to be opened on Christmas morning! All items will be available to pick up in person from the 21st - 24th.
How can I participate on the sale?
Go to our profile at the time we say we’re going live (4pm PST Oct 17th), and click on our profile picture when it is says LIVE.
How Do I Claim a Stone?
Claim your stone by typing the Key Word and MINE. For example, if we’re showing a carved amethyst heart, and say its code is “Heart 2”, type HEART 2 MINE in the comments area. Whoever shows up first on our screen (with no typing mistakes) is the one who will get the crystal! Please remember, while your comment will always appear first on your screen, it only counts if it’s what appears first on our screen.
DM us immediately after you claim!
After you claim a stone, immediately DM us your NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS and SHIPPING ADDRESS. You only have to do this once if you claim more than 1 stone. If we do not have your email and shipping address DM’d to us within 30 minutes after ending the sale, your claim(s) will be forfeited. We really don’t want to do that, so please DM us immediately after we end the sale!
Rules to Know BEFORE Claiming a Stone
NO PUTBACKS OR SWITCHES! Please make sure you’re 110% sure you’re absolutely in love with your crystals before claiming them. If you’re uncertain, please let someone else have a chance to claim them, instead. We want everyone to have a chance to bring hope the stone calling to them.
Shipping or Pick Up
Shipping is calculated and included with your total invoice. If you want to pick up your order directly at our store in South Pasadena, you can! Just let us know when you DM us your email address, and we will waive the shipping. Crystals can only be collected after paying the invoice I full.
Invoice Deadline Rule
Invoices are sent to the emails DM’d to us via Square (accepts all credit cards), and are due in 24 hours upon being sent. Sorry, but there’re no payment plans (yet!), and invoices need to be paid in full. If the invoice isn’t paid in 24 hours and there is no communication explaining the delay, we will sadly have to treat the claim as forfeited. Please don’t be afraid to let us know if there’s a delay. We want to make sure your crystals are sent home to you!
Last but not least, have fun at the sale! These crystals have been hand chosen, and I am confident they will go to wherever they’re meant to go to. As the saying goes: If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be!
