Connecting with your guides is important, as is connecting with your ancestors.  Your ancestors' essence and their legacy lives on in you. Your spirit guides the beings that are present when you need guidance throughout your life (sometimes your ancestors can be your guide, too!).  When any inner voice comes through, knowing exactly what to do in a situation, that is the presence of a spirit guide.  

In this workshop, SaturnGawdess will share her experiences with connecting and communicating with her ancestors and guides. She will then lead you in a guided meditation to connect with yours. This will include sound healing.
