About The Event

Join Linda Ong, a certified hospice RN and Reiki master, for a a healing sound bath using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls! This not only helps to decrease Stress, Anxiety, and prepare you for a restful night of sleep, but also gives the added benefit of relaxing and calming your little ones. Bring a yoga mat, pillow/cushion, a blanket and a bottle of water! You will be lying down for the sound bath, so be sure to come prepared for you and your child (of all ages!) And remember to bring Daddy, too!

Following the Meditation, experience the healing power of sound as Linda helps to decrease Stress, Anxiety, and prepares you for a Restful night of sleep with her Crystal Singing Bowls. Bring a yoga mat, pillow/cushion, a blanket and a bottle of water! You will be lying down for the sound bath, so be sure to come prepared!
